Working with Kim was the best experience we had in our search for our 1st home. Kim is very professional, honest and has a lot of knowledge about the locality as well as the entire home buying process. She was very transparent and respected our needs at every point during the process. She explained every little detail that goes in to the transaction which was very helpful because those were the points that online guides from financial institutions and other sources lacked. Kim would research on comparable listings and follow-up with a phone call to explain her research which was again very great and she'd only send out listings that were relevant and matched our needs. If you've subscribed to listings and would like to have a better personalized experience, then Kim is the go to person. Kim values the relationship and sticks with you not until you get a home but until you've actually moved in. We highly recommend Kim and her team if you are looking to buy/sell.

She came to my matrimonial home to do an “opinion of value”, as the judge had asked for in divorce proceedings.
I went to court with this professional package, and the judge chose her price as Dianna had provided comparable sales to support her appraisal. Dianna went above and beyond.
I recently called on her services again as her expertise not only covers residential but also agricultural properties. Dianna delivered in the same fashion as 12 years ago.
